Training / Costs

The clinical training is offered to you completely on the principle of a voluntary donation!! Still I would like to give you a guideline, according to your financial ability, a minimum contribution of around 400 US$ or Euro 300 or GBP 200 per week training would be suitable. As the HHC is a fully non-profit organisation, all benefits will be used for the treatment of the extremely poor population of Mumbai who have no ways to pay for their treatment. Your donations will help several of these patients to be able to receive their much needed treatment.

Accommodation

You can arrange your own accommodations but the HHC can organise all your arrangements and make reservations for a suitable hotel near the clinic. Costs for a reasonable room will be 40 US$ per day. For your food you must budget about 10 US$ per day. So it would work out to about 50 US$ per day but this will vary depending on the type of accommodation you choose.

Other Costs

The only other costs you will have to bear is the air ticket from your country to Mumbai and the cost of accomodation and meals while you are here. Other unexpected costs in India are generally very minimal.

Location

The clinic is located in the centre of Mumbai easily accessible by taxi, bus or train from the airport. You must expect a high temperature of about 30º C average. Besides suitable clothing, valid passport etc., no other special things like vaccinations are required.
